Tell us your group size, location, and preferred window. We arrive with everything needed to capture and submit prints on the spot — ideal for staff onboarding, credentialing days, and licensing cohorts. Evening and weekend visits available.
On-site individual appointments are booked through our online scheduler. The form here is for mobile / group bookings.
Billed per person at the agreed rate. If the group total comes in below the threshold, a $500 minimum applies.
A $250 deposit is collected before the booking to secure your date and travel window.

Frequently asked questions
What is Livescan fingerprinting?
Livescan is the modern, inkless way to capture fingerprints. A digital scanner records your prints as a technician rolls each fingertip across a glass plate — cleaner, faster, and more accurate than ink and paper. Your data is encrypted and sent directly to the requesting agency.
What's a Level 2 background check?
A Level 2 check is a fingerprint-based state and national screening required for many jobs, licenses, and volunteer roles — common in healthcare, childcare, and education. It's submitted under your requesting agency's ORI number.
What do I need to bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID and your ORI number (the code from the agency requesting your prints). Unsure of your ORI? Bring any paperwork they sent and we'll help.
How much does it cost?
On-site prices vary by ORI, since each agency sets its own state-mandated fee, and some submissions add a photo. Weekday office appointments are the best value. Mobile group service is billed per person with a $500 minimum and a $250 deposit.
Do you come to us?
Yes. Our mobile concierge service brings the equipment to your workplace, clinic, school, or event — great for onboarding groups. After-hours and weekend visits are available.
What if my prints were rejected before?
Worn or faint ridges from age or trade work are common. Our technicians use advanced capture technique to maximize image quality and reduce the chance of another rejection.
How do I track results?
Every submission gets a Transaction Control Number (TCN) you can use to follow your status with the receiving agency.
Do you print FD-258 cards?
Yes — we produce clean FD-258 FBI cards and other agency forms on request, useful for out-of-state and federal submissions.
